It was pretty relaxed and it was nice chatting with the team. They went over my resume and past experiences and then we talked from there. It wasn't too structured. They asked about what I'm interested in and if I saw myself staying with Alberici.
It was a good and friendly interview process. The interviewers were nice, asked good questions, and were good listeners. I didn't get the job, but I liked their vibe.
I had many conversations with the recruiter to get the process started. I spoke with several senior employees about the process and where I was needed. Many of them told me I was the prime candidate and that I had to take the CMA assessment exam.
