4 Rounds: - Phone Screen - Hiring Manager, - Technical Team - Cross-functional team manager. Recruiter was great and prompt. Candidate questions were allowed in each interview.
Humanized process with development and theoretical proof, including psychology. Candidate interaction and many questions. The sector manager will provide feedback in a few days, I hope I did well.
The first interview stage usually involves the interviewer learning about your recent work and sharing details about their projects. In my case, the interviewer was late and didn't apologize. They didn't ask much about my recent experience. Instead, they jumped into detailed questions about front-end principles, which isn't my specialty and honestly threw me off a bit. They then seemed to end the interview early, without exploring my backend or cloud technology strengths. I even asked if they had more questions or concerns, which they didn't. They appeared rushed and indifferent, and I was quite disappointed.
