The process started with a document review, then a phone interview, and concluded with a Zoom meeting for more details. The phone interview with HR was to confirm personal details like school, major, and graduation date. Later, the Zoom meeting was with someone in the role I applied for.
I applied online and then the recruiter called me after I submitted my resume on the jobs site. They scheduled a phone screen for a week out. The phone screen lasted 30 minutes and included questions about my resume and projects, systems design, and also some fundamental Operating System questions.
The interview was pretty straightforward. The recruiter was easy to chat with. She asked some basic questions to confirm I was the applicant. After that, I was supposed to have a second interview, but because of COVID-19, the process stopped since the program was canceled last year.
