Candidate-reported interview process

It was a panel interview with two interviewers. They were pretty friendly and great listeners, and they followed up with questions or witty answers. They also checked for self awareness and how thorough I was with the requirements, so it was important to have read the job description well.

HR called me for some basic info, but then ghosted me for a week and rejected me without any explanation. Super weird!

I had a phone interview. The recruiter was a bit late, about 10 minutes. They asked questions that were relevant to the job, focusing on my experience and skills. The vibe was friendly. It took about half an hour.
