Candidate-reported interview process

So we started with a group interview where we heard a presentation about the company. After that, we had a group activity, and then we had a solo interview.

It was a quick and easy process, the people were very loving and showed a passion for helping people build a career. They presented real-life problems and gave a small assignment, which helped to gear towards the correct opportunity that best suits an individual.

It was a group interview, with me and 4 other candidates in the same room. Managers or higher-ups asked questions to each of us one by one. It was pretty nerve wracking.
