Candidate-reported interview process

My interview process with Alaska Airlines included a phone screen, followed by a virtual interview with two managers (one of them being the hiring manager). Finally, I had an in-person interview at their office, which involved an Excel assessment and meetings with directors.

It was easy, just one round, a 30-minute phone call. They wanted to confirm I graduated college. They are looking to hire aggressively now that Covid is over and flying is increasing. Knowing Spanish was a huge plus.

The interview process started with a phone call from HR, then a proctored project. After that, there were two group interviews with a total of 6 people, and finally an interview with the director. The whole thing went by fast, taking about 2 weeks.
