Had a phone interview first, then went in person. They asked typical interview questions. I really liked that they invited me for a second interview and a shadowing opportunity. They were very professional and accommodating. I was very impressed with the recruiters and managers.

I was first contacted by a recruiter. They then arranged an interview for me with one of the managers who works on the burn unit. After that, I spoke with the unit manager. We discussed my past experience and my reasons for wanting to work there.
