We start with a recruiter screening interview. After that, you'll do an in-person or Teams interview with 1 or 2 managers from the department you're applying to. Then, we schedule a shadowing experience. You might also talk to the managers again while you're on the unit.
It started with a screening, then there were 3 more interviews. The questions were super easy. Honestly, after all that time, you'd expect more than just a form rejection email addressed to 'candidate'. The recruiter was also a mess, really lazy and disorganized. This place seems to have some issues.
The interview process included an initial phone screening, followed by a second, more in-depth call with the hiring manager, and then a third in-person interview at the hospital. I went through two rounds of interviews and then didn't hear back.
