The process is quite long. First, HR gives you a call to ask basic questions about your current job. Then, HR sets up a telephone interview. This phone interview is a serious technical round, lasting about 45 to 60 minutes. If you pass that, you move on to 3 more rounds. One of these involves a coding task where you have about 2 days to submit your code. If your code is good quality, they'll invite you for a face-to-face technical and general discussion round. In my face-to-face technical interview, there were two interviewers, one with a laptop. I saw them googling the interview questions, which was quite strange.
First, they check your basic knowledge of core JavaScript, CS, and HTML. You'll get an assessment for product-ready code. If you pass that, then in the face-to-face evaluation, they'll ask questions about the test you did.
The interview process spanned a whole month. I successfully completed the initial two rounds and performed well in the third round, including answering all questions and finishing an assignment. However, my application was rejected without any explanation. It's disappointing because they didn't seem to respect my time.
