Candidate-reported interview process

I kicked things off with a recruiter chat, then had two video calls with the hiring managers. After that, I flew out for an all-day on-site interview with six team members, and I also had lunch with the creative director and the GM.

It was a basic Q&A with my potential mentor and another UX Designer. They wanted to learn about my background and how I got to where I am in my career.

I had a few video interviews with some of the senior creative managers. They were all pretty cool and nice. Also, some current employees referred me. Everything was done via video calls and portfolio reviews. I had to critique some of their existing work and then present my own work.
