Candidate-reported interview process

Went through 6 interviews, but they never really told me what the role was about or what they were looking for. The department's overall vision was unclear, and a lot of the interviewers seemed unprepared. They even contacted my references, which was a waste of their time since they ended up picking someone else.

Standard process: recruiter screen, interview with future manager, interview with local management. Regular email check-ins in between. Very pleasant recruitment team, smooth process, good feedback. Waiting times are quite long though.

They got back to me really fast. First I had a convo with recruitment, then with the current office manager, after that with the chief of staff, and later with the managing director. I thought the rounds were too long. But overall it was okay.
