Candidate-reported interview process

So first, I had this quick 1 impromptu phone interview, just general screening stuff. Then, there was another, more in-depth video interview where I talked to the CEO and they asked questions that were really specific to the job.

It started with a phone interview, then an in-person one. After that, they had me come in to take a test on subjects I'm interested in. The whole thing was pretty smooth and everyone I talked to was really nice.

Super simple and quick process. Application goes in, the owner calls you pretty fast for a quick, no-warning phone chat with basic questions; it was only 10 mins. Then, you go in for a 30-min in-person meeting, mostly about team vibe and what's expected. After that, you set up tests for the subjects you want to teach, and it's okay if you don't know everything 'cause they link you up with a senior person to help out.
