Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewer was super nice and chatty. She showed me around the place before we started talking. It was quick, less than 30 mins, and mostly about my past experiences working with kids, tutoring, my knowledge of the subject, and how I communicate.

So first, I had this quick 1 impromptu phone interview, just general screening stuff. Then, there was another, more in-depth video interview where I talked to the CEO and they asked questions that were really specific to the job.

It started with a phone interview, then an in-person one. After that, they had me come in to take a test on subjects I'm interested in. The whole thing was pretty smooth and everyone I talked to was really nice.
