The interview process was pretty smooth, no major delays or being left in the dark. HR was good at scheduling, and they even gave a shot to someone not familiar with their stack. I had to decline the offer later, mainly because their company vision seemed to be all about rapid growth and market expansion, with profitability not really on the radar. But overall, the process itself was handled well.

The whole process is long and slow, taking about a month. There's a big homework assignment at the start, which feels like a waste of time if you don't do well on the harder questions later on about specific topics.
