It was a three round interview. Everything went well, and they made it seem like I had a job, but then they told me that I wasn't moving forward. I suspect racial bias, as I am African-American and all my interviewers were Caucasian. My resume was strong, with years of experience at a top forwarder, covering both international and domestic operations, so there was no logical reason for my rejection, especially after receiving positive feedback during the interviews. It's disheartening because I even spoke about how inspiring it was to see women in leadership roles, but it appears they don't genuinely value diversity.
the interview process in airspace has a professional workflow, clear scheduling, and great communication. good information about the job, nice benefits. the tests were not easy. thanks for the great experience
It was 3 rounds total and wrapped up in under a week. Everyone was super nice and welcoming during the process. I'm not sure why Glassdoor needs 30 words for a review, like, what's the deal with that requirement?
