It was a pretty normal process with get-to-know-you interviews, and then a case study. They give you 2 hours to work on the case and then you interview to present your findings. I had three interviews in total, and they were really open about the company to make sure it was a good match for both sides.
It was a three round interview. Everything went well, and they made it seem like I had a job, but then they told me that I wasn't moving forward. I suspect racial bias, as I am African-American and all my interviewers were Caucasian. My resume was strong, with years of experience at a top forwarder, covering both international and domestic operations, so there was no logical reason for my rejection, especially after receiving positive feedback during the interviews. It's disheartening because I even spoke about how inspiring it was to see women in leadership roles, but it appears they don't genuinely value diversity.
The interview process included 3 rounds. There was a case study that took 2.5 hours and a presentation. They asked a lot about myself and what I've done. They were also very open to introducing the company.
