Started with an easy initial phone screen, then a cool hiring event group interview. The group interview was laid-back, but it was tough to stand out since there were so many good candidates. The role play thing was a bit weird, but just be ready for wild situations and answer like you mean it. There was a fun group project too. The final 1-on-1 interview felt unnecessary, like it was just there for show. The whole process was fast and pretty straightforward. Didn't make it to the next round, but I'm happy with how it went, except for that last interview.
First, you'll do a translation test, gotta finish it fast. Then, wait about 3 weeks to hear back. If you pass that, you'll have a phone chat with HR. If they like you, you'll have another interview with your potential manager, and maybe more. If you don't get the job, you'll get a survey to rate the HR service, and the HR I dealt with was really professional.
I got an email with an exercise to be finished in 3 days. They said they would get back to me in a few days once finished, but I never heard back after that. It would be great if they could send me a few lines saying if I passed or not, considering the time and effort I put into the test.
