I had two phone interviews, and it was a good and fast experience. The first interviewer didn't seem to care much about my code. The second interviewer was nice and kind, but I couldn't find the solution.
After applying online, a recruiter reached out a few weeks later. I then had a 45-minute phone chat with an engineer. A few days following that, my recruiter informed me I wouldn't be moving on.
I had a recruiter call at a career fair, and then a phone screen with an engineer. The engineer was not very helpful. It was done on a shared codepad.
