Candidate-reported interview process

It began with a phone chat, followed by three in-person interviews, one of which seemed to be a sell interview. They were actively recruiting at the time, so it was a good time to join. Overall, it was a positive experience despite a few bumps. They were flexible with my start date and offered a competitive benefits and salary package.

The interview process was completely ridiculous. Halfway through the interview process, I wanted to get up and walk out! They left me alone for lunch and asked me to text them when I was done. WOW!

I had a great initial call with a recruiter. Even though I'm quite junior, they decided to bring me onsite directly after our conversation. The process was fast; I spoke with the hiring manager the next day and received an offer almost immediately. I really connected with their culture and felt well-taken care of throughout the experience. They seemed to understand my profile, valued my input despite my junior status compared to the team, and showed genuine care for their work. The hiring team even followed up with congratulations after the offer was extended.
