Candidate-reported interview process

There were three rounds for this interview. It was mostly casual. The first was a phone screen, then I interviewed with the team (three people at different times), and the final interview was with my manager over a beer.

The initial phone call was really easygoing. The person interviewing me was nice and had nothing but good things to say. They tried to see how my current experience could fit with what they're doing and how I could contribute to the new team.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I talked to the recruiter, the recruiting coordinator, and the hiring manager, and they were all quite helpful. Although I didn't get an offer in the end, the experience was valuable and taught me a lot.
