Candidate-reported interview process

I had a full day interview loop scheduled. It started with a 2-hour exercise based on a prompt. After that, I presented the exercise to a group of PMs, designers, and engineers. These same people then interviewed me one-on-one for the rest of the day. The interview panel didn't engage much, and the prompt was really broad and hard to answer in just 2 hours. The follow-up interviews were supposed to go deeper into my presentation, but they never even brought it up.

This is a good company and I understand it is very competitive company and role, however I did not see any patience from the interviewer. Felt that they do not appreciate candidates' interests.

Recruiter reached out, then there was a phone screen. Phone screen was basic, asking about my background and how I'd improve their host experience. Next was onsite. Onsite included a presentation where I had about 2 hours to prepare. They didn't ask me any questions during the presentation demo. After lunch, I was asked to leave. My guess is either my demo wasn't good enough (talent issue) or the role was already taken.
