Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 30-minute phone call where they asked me to talk about my work experience over the past decade. I didn't make it to the next round, though.

The process was very open about where you stood in terms of advancing to the next interview. The staff were welcoming and booking the interview was straightforward.

I went through a three-round interview process. The first round was a recruiter screening that focused on my background, interest in the role, and availability. The second round consisted of back-to-back 30-minute interviews with three team members, each asking thoughtful questions about my experience, problem-solving approach, and collaboration style. The final round was a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager, which was more strategic and focused on the team’s goals and how I could contribute. Overall, the process was well-organised, respectful of my time, and gave me a clear understanding of the role and team dynamics.
