It was a 30-minute phone call where they asked me to talk about my work experience over the past decade. I didn't make it to the next round, though.

The second round consisted of back-to-back 30-minute interviews with three team members, each asking thoughtful questions about my experience, problem-solving approach, and collaboration style. The final round was a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager, which was more strategic and focused on the team’s goals and how I could contribute. Overall, the process was well-organised, respectful of my time, and gave me a clear understanding of the role and team dynamics.
