Candidate-reported interview process

The initial outreach team told me what to get ready for my interview, but none of it was actually covered. There was a total disconnect. And then no follow up even after they said they would let me know what was happening. Overall a subpar experience.

The interview process was alright, not too hard and no surprising questions. It mostly involved standard questions like why you want to work here and about your background and experience. Everyone I talked to was pleasant and professional.

The first chat was with the team in the US. It was really nice and friendly. You could tell they weren't totally familiar with the German salary system, but they were super open and honest about everything.
