Candidate-reported interview process

Short 30 minute chats with great people. Had one interesting assignment to do analysis and present views. The whole thing took over four months from the initial phone screen to the offer, which is kind of a long time and stressful for candidates. There was also a cultural fit interview to see how you align with the company values. The people ops team was really enthusiastic and helpful throughout the process.

After my application was reviewed, I had to do a video interview. The brief explained everything really well, and it was definitely easy and simple to complete the process.

Had a Skype call with someone from the localization team, they were really nice and we chatted about my past work and translation background. After that, there was a translation test with a few parts: translating a blog post, YouTube captions, and some ads.
