Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really long process, 9 interviews over more than 4 months. The job wasn't super clear and I talked to 7 different people. Some chats were like normal discussions, others felt like exams, which was kinda wild. Then I waited 3-4 weeks for a generic email saying no, with a 55euro voucher. Honestly, after 9 interviews, I expected more feedback than that, and a bit more respect.

I went through 3 interviews and 1 written test. I was supposed to meet with the hiring manager's manager but that got cancelled and then a few weeks later, the internal recruiter told me they hired someone else. Super disappointing after all the prep I did, but it's a tough market.

The interview was a chill chat, felt good. But I got rejected with no explanation, so, yeah, unclear what happened.
