Candidate-reported interview process

Applied online and then got an email about 2 weeks later. First, had a phone interview, and after that, I moved on to phase two which included a portfolio review, a cross functional interview, and then two general interviews with other designers.

It was one interview and then a design challenge, but I didn't get past the design challenge. The interviewer was young and nice. They asked standard background questions. It was a good experience overall because they responded quickly, but I didn't do great on the design challenge.

It was a multi-stage interview process, and everyone I met was super nice and welcoming. Started with a phone interview with a recruiter, which was easy and felt like they were mostly checking if I'd fit in, asking about my interests and hobbies with a few technical questions sprinkled in. Then there were three rounds of onsite interviews, with 3-5 interviews in each round, all happening over about 4 hours. It felt relaxed and casual, but the questions were tough and made me think. The interview room was really cool, like a mountain cabin. They also had plenty of food and drinks available between interviews!
