Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewer seemed uninterested in my responses and seemed to want to wrap things up quickly. He didn't seem to recall what I had said earlier and expressed surprise that I hadn't researched the company thoroughly. This experience was disappointing given Airbnb's reputation for hiring passionate individuals, and it left me with a negative impression of the company.

The interview had more than four rounds and was a really fun and engaging experience. The interviewers were sincere and made it feel like a place for playing and learning rather than just working. Some questions were a bit unusual, not the standard ones. The work environment is more like a close-knit family than a typical company.

It was an easy interview with HR. I thought the process overall was good. However, I didn't get any feedback or response even after following up multiple times.
