Candidate-reported interview process

It was a standard interview process with a few interview rounds and a mock QBR. I spoke with HR for a screening, then the hiring manager, and a peer. The conversations were good, and I learned a lot about what they were looking for, their company values, and the benefits.

First, a recruiter will give you a call, then you'll have a manager and peer interview. If you pass that, you'll prep a QBR and present to executives.

The hiring process was quite extensive. It started with an initial interview with HR, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and then the marketing leader. After that, there was an assessment, which involved a scenario and how I would approach it. The final stage was a peer interview. Unfortunately, after the peer interview, I was ghosted and never received any feedback, which was really disappointing given I went through the entire process.
