Candidate-reported interview process

Honestly, the interview process was a letdown. Communication was all over the place and they kept changing the timelines without telling me. A bunch of interviews got rescheduled last minute. And when they finally happened, the interviewers just seemed bored and frankly, kind of rude. I really value professionalism and people respecting my time, so the whole unstructured thing made it hard to get excited about the job or the company. I'm hoping they can sort out their hiring process so future candidates have clearer expectations and a better experience.

We had a screening call that lasted about 30 minutes with the office manager. Then there was an assessment for personality and aptitude, with 30 minutes per test. The aptitude test was a little hard, but it wasn't meant for you to get all the answers right. After that, we had to do a video recording answering some questions related to sales and customer service.

I got a call from HR, and then I had a numerical test. I didn't really prepare for it because I thought I'd just breeze through it, but then I had an investment banking interview in another company, so I actually studied for the test and passed it. So, the interview process consisted of a recruiter call and a numerical test.
