I had a great experience even though I wasn't hired. The recruiter was very attentive, and it seemed like a great place to work. Unfortunately, I didn't perform well in the final interview, which was entirely in English.
Honestly, the interview process was a letdown. Communication was all over the place and they kept changing the timelines without telling me. A bunch of interviews got rescheduled last minute. And when they finally happened, the interviewers just seemed bored and frankly, kind of rude. I really value professionalism and people respecting my time, so the whole unstructured thing made it hard to get excited about the job or the company. I'm hoping they can sort out their hiring process so future candidates have clearer expectations and a better experience.
The interview process was very detailed and included a lot of logical and situation-based questions. It started with a telephonic round, followed by a virtual round with a video interview, then an aptitude test, and finally a face-to-face interview.
