I had an HR Screening which involved a SQL test on general and advanced SQL concepts. Then there were two technical rounds. The first was about past work and general knowledge, and the second focused on data modeling. Finally, there was a culture fit round with a Practice Lead.
The hiring process was good, it included a case interview. The HR team was professional and polite. I was rejected without reasons and got no response when I contacted them after finishing all rounds.
The interview was for a New Consultant Development Program. The first round was a screening call with a Principal Data Engineer, mainly focusing on your work and academic background. The second round involved an assessment test in SQL, specifically using PostgreSQL. The questions were comparable to LeetCode medium difficulty, with a good selection. The third round was a technical interview with a Data Engineer, who asked relevant questions that weren't overly technical and provided feedback at the end. The final round was with a Lead Data Engineer, and the questions centered on the candidate's expectations for the role. It would have been helpful if they had shared the reason for rejection.
