Recruiters were amazing, really got me excited about the new role and seemed super skilled. They had a positive vibe, made fair offers, and were easy to talk to. The interview part felt really good, but once I accepted, it was like a switch flipped. The job wasn't what they said it would be, and they were pretty dishonest throughout my time there.
I met with a Regional Manager at one of the properties for a 1.5-hour on-site interview. We discussed my industry experience, the portfolio, and my personal attributes. I felt a great connection after that meeting!
It was a panel interview with the RVP and RM, and they were both really nice and friendly. They asked me about past challenging and positive experiences I've had. They also shared a lot about Aimco, their history, and their future goals, mentioning they are always growing. A key thing I noted was the growth potential for current employees, with two-thirds of promotions being internal.
