Had a first phone chat that lasted about half an hour, mostly covering background stuff. After that, I went in for an in-person meeting with both the finance director and the finance VP, where they asked about my background and some behavioral questions. Then, there was a 30-minute Excel test.
Applied online and heard back from HR about a week later for a 20-minute call. After that, there was a virtual meeting with HR, the manager, and team members. The whole thing took over two weeks.

The whole process felt disorganized because the recruiter couldn't answer simple questions and made me do extra things after the tests and interview. I never got to talk to the actual team.
