Candidate-reported interview process
It was pretty straightforward. I first sent an email to ask about a job. Then I talked to my future managers who asked me a few things. They explained their ongoing projects and then they gave me the job right away.
It was a 3 round interview process. They asked basic questions and an assignment round. No questions about design and architecture were asked. No quality questions were asked. They mostly asked questions about my past experience. I feel they could have asked better questions.
I saw the job ad on the university's career network right before the semester ended. I applied and they got back to me quickly to set up an interview, which I was able to get the very next day.
