Candidate-reported interview process

I came in and was greeted. Sat in a conference room and interviewed with two people. The interview was very standard for recruiting roles. It did not feel hard at all.

I started with a phone screen with the internal recruiter, then had a video interview with two leaders. It took about 30-45 minutes. The leaders were really thorough and answered all my questions.

It was a straightforward and basic interview process. I had a first round call, followed by an onsite interview, and then received an offer. We talked about my general background and my strengths and weaknesses. The management team was great and the process was easy. I really enjoyed talking with everyone during the onsite tour.
