I had a four-stage interview process. The first three interviews were with recruiters and managers. These were good, focusing on my experience, skills, and how I could fit in. The last interview was supposed to be with the VP of HR at 8 am, but it was rescheduled to 8:15 am at the last minute. The questions asked were really basic, like from a textbook, and didn't seem related to the earlier interviews. It felt weird to have these simple questions at the very end, after I'd already put in time on the other interviews. It made the hiring process seem unorganized and like they hadn't talked to each other. I was pretty disappointed by the end of it.
I came in and was greeted. Sat in a conference room and interviewed with two people. The interview was very standard for recruiting roles. It did not feel hard at all.
I started with a phone screen with the internal recruiter, then had a video interview with two leaders. It took about 30-45 minutes. The leaders were really thorough and answered all my questions.
