Candidate-reported interview process

I made it to 2 rounds for the Software Engineer role. The first round was with the Manager, and it included both behavioral and technical questions. We started with introductions and then I answered some questions using the STAR method. The second round was a live coding session where I had to solve a system design problem about stacking boxes.

It was an HR round where the HR was super friendly and talked about the work and job requirements. The main thing they wanted to check was visa stuff because the job needs you to work on-site in the USA.

Applied online and heard back from the recruiter a few weeks later about my background and interest in Agility, which was like a typical screening. Then I talked to the hiring manager about my past contributions, the software I can use, and debugging. The final onsite had a 30-min presentation and then 3 45-min technical interview sessions, including coding, followed by a behavioral chat with the hiring manager. It was a good experience, felt like everyone involved was on the same page and we discussed cool ideas. Got the offer a few days after. It's a great place for humanoid robotics projects if you want to make an impact.
