I made it to 2 rounds for the Software Engineer role. The first round was with the Manager, and it included both behavioral and technical questions. We started with introductions and then I answered some questions using the STAR method. The second round was a live coding session where I had to solve a system design problem about stacking boxes.
The interview had a few rounds, starting with video calls with team members and ending with a virtual interview with the hiring manager. They asked general questions about my experience and skills.
The process was pretty straightforward, the staff was helpful. First, there was a technical Q/A conversation with the manager for the initial screening. After passing that, I had a 3-hour interview which included: behavioral questions with a teammate, an open-ended technical discussion with the manager, a technical Python coding portion, a 30-minute chat with the VP, and finally a 30-minute meeting with HR to discuss culture and fit.
