Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was long and done over Zoom. First, I talked about my background, job experience, and skills, and why I'd be a good fit for Agero. Then, the interviewer went over the key requirements for the job, plus schedules and benefits. After that, they asked me questions about what I was looking for from Agero. I also listened to some sample customer calls and had to give my thoughts on them. They made a decision right away, and I got the job.

It was super chill and took about half an hour. Felt like chatting with a friend, very direct and not long at all. Just one interview was all that was needed to move forward.

The communication was alright for the job and the time, I guess it was okay. It was pretty average joining the conversations and the people were alright.
