I talked with HR, the hiring manager, a peer, someone from a related team, and two leaders. It was a bit hectic because I was interviewing elsewhere too, but they were super helpful in making it work, and I ended up accepting Agero's offer. The team's communication and how they worked together really impressed me.
It started with a 30 minute screening call to check my qualifications and give me more info about the role. Then I had a 30 minute meeting with the hiring manager. After that, I met with my potential coworkers.
There were way too many interviews for what seemed like no reason, a total of 8 interviews with different people. The company also didn't seem very diverse, and the interviewers weren't that great. All interviews were done virtually.
