Candidate-reported interview process

I had a face-to-face interview where I was asked if I'd prefer working on the sales floor or in the stock room. I also had to fill out a health and safety form and a personal details form.

It was in person, we did a group discussion and I worked for the day so they could see my skills. Then I got a phone call to know if I got the job. During hiring I filled out a health and safety form.

I spoke with the Area Manager and the Shop Manager. Most of the questions were pretty standard. You'll need to know about Age UK's work and general non-profit stuff.
