Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview was on MS Teams, and the interviewer was really helpful and understanding, they seemed proactive and willing to do extra. The second interview was in person, and the interviewer was clear, encouraging, and professional, making me feel welcome.

I was welcomed by reception, who was very friendly and informative, giving me clear instructions. The interview process was straightforward, and it gave me a good opportunity to understand the role and my daily tasks in detail. The two interviewers were friendly and answered all my questions, and I answered theirs. I found the process engaging and pleasant, with no negative feedback.

First interview was on teams with two people, it was really relaxed and friendly. Then a second interview in person at the blackpool office with two people again. They did a written test and asked interview questions.
