It was a panel interview that lasted about 45 minutes to an hour, with an HR person present. Typically, there were about 4 questions asked by the panel members, excluding the HR person. The African Development Bank took quite some time to get back to me about the job offer.
They first selected a long list and then a short list. After that I had a written test and then a week later, a 45-minute interview in front of a panel of 5 people.
So, I went through 3 stages in total. First, there was a screening, followed by a written test that had 3 parts. Then came an econometrics assessment, a PowerPoint presentation, and a mini-dissertation. After that, they interviewed the finalists.
