The interview process was extremely lengthy, spanning nearly a year, and I'm still waiting to hear back. It began with two written interviews, followed by a panel interview. It wasn't overly challenging if you were well-prepared.
I got enough notice before the interview. The interviewers were really friendly and seemed to know their stuff. They asked pretty standard interview questions. The job was supposed to be for local hires only, which wasn't clear in the job ad.
The interview questions were clear, and there wasn't much time between the written test and the oral interview. I had sufficient time to get ready for the written test. The oral interview was short, under 20 minutes.
