The recruiter started by giving me an overview of the company and what the job would entail. Then, it was my turn to talk about myself for about five to six minutes, going over my resume and discussing my project experience.
The recruiter cancelled my offer while the manager was away. The process included a Manager Screen where I had to talk about a project (ideally a long one, 6+ months). Then there was a Virtual Onsite with 4 interviews: Frontend System Design covering project file structure and UI, a Pair Coding session on a code sharing site, a standard Behavioral interview, and a conversational chat about Product and Design Collaboration. I received an offer letter detailing base salary and ISOs (number of shares and strike price), but then the offer was rescinded due to a perceived culture fit issue.
The interview started with a phone screen, then I got a coding homework assignment. The final step was an interview with the tech lead who was friendly and asked about my background and past projects.
