The interview made me feel the company had difficulty keeping employees, maybe due to working conditions, employee treatment, or hourly pay rate. The pay rate is 25% less than equivalent positions I've interviewed for, which made me doubt accepting the position even before I was informed of the pay rate.
You'll do a computer test at the office and a drug screening at a place nearby. The computer test will have general knowledge questions that someone with a high school education could pass.
The interview process was quite straightforward. First, I had to complete an on-site assessment that lasted about an hour. This involved detailing my employment history and addresses for the past 10 years. After the assessment, I was informed if I had passed. If successful, I was invited back for a face-to-face interview. For those with advanced training, certifications in customer service, or a degree, bringing transcripts was encouraged to discuss salary expectations. The actual interview was brief, featuring around 5 questions. It's always a good idea to ask questions when given the chance to show your interest.
