Recruiter called me first. Then, by the end of day 2, I interviewed with the Doctor and the Regional Manager. They offered me the job the very next day.

It was a three day process. I had a working interview, and also a sit down. If you are comfortable with oral surgery and removable prosthodontics, you should be fine. Everyone was professional yet laid back. Make sure you have your questions ready because they will either have an answer on the spot or get back to you.

We first connected via email. Then, we had some phone calls to get a basic feel for the opportunity. After that, I did an on-site try-out for a few days working alongside another owner dentist. The process wrapped up with phone interviews with senior staff. It felt helpful, logical, and informative, and reassuring. I feel very confident about joining this company after going through it.
