The interview had three parts. First, I had a one-on-one chat where they told me about the company and asked me about my past jobs. Then, I shadowed a Patient Care Representative for a bit, listening in on calls to see what the job entails. Finally, another one-on-one meeting where they asked me about my ethics and personality.
The interview process was straightforward. The office manager was really nice and explained how the dental lab's operational system works and what benefits I'd receive if hired.
The hiring and interviewing process was very professional and simple. First they contact you for the screening process and then bring you in for an interview. The interview process was the best, they wanted to ensure that you knew what they did and if you were comfortable with it. So when you first go in they have you sit with a seasoned rep and you get to review a few calls. Then you discuss simple yet relevant interview question that gives the supervisor an understanding of who you are. Lastly they show you around and ask if you have any questions. Very inviting ora going on at this job!
