It began with a quiz with about 20-30 critical thinking questions. Then there were 5-6 interview rounds with different team members. The first person I talked to asked me if I cheated on the quiz. Besides that, everyone was nice. It was a very long day.
I applied to Affinnova through my college career center. After a week, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. Less than a week after that call, they invited me to Chicago for a second round in-office interview. The office is in Willis Tower and the people are warm. We took an IQ test for an hour, then had three 45-minute interviews back-to-back with Senior Analysts. Finally, I had a short one-on-one with a current AA. Overall, it was a good experience.
I applied online and heard back within a week to schedule a phone interview. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview at the main office in Waltham, MA. The onsite involved a one-hour IQ-style written test, then two one-on-one interviews, each lasting an hour.
