Had one chat with the head of engineering. They were super nice and easy to talk to. It was all about behavior questions, no technical stuff needed. They took ages to reply after the interview though.
Had a 30 min phone screen with HR first, then they set up an in person interview. The in person consisted of a 30 min chat with HR, then 30 mins with some senior project coordinators, and lastly 30 mins with the department manager.
I interviewed for a job at their Seattle office. First, there was a phone screening with Dana, the hiring manager. Then, I had a Teams interview with a Senior Engineer from Seattle. After that, there were three in-person interviews over 90 days in Seattle. One was a technical interview designed to be difficult, and it was. Another was a culture interview with two junior engineers to talk about the work environment. The last one was with the principal engineer of the Seattle office to assess my character. Finally, I got a call offering feedback on why I wasn't hired after the in-person interviews.
